How does business Coaching work?

Business coaching takes place online through selected media or in person meetings. This will include an opportunity for the coach and client to get to know each other and discuss the client's goals and wishes. Additionally, the coach will provide a thorough explanation and strategy for the clients, and collaborate together on the most optimal approach. The scope of order varies from company to company and depends on the clients agenda. Coaching sessions can take place individually or in a group. Please note that all communication is bound by confidentiality rights.
Two forms of business coaching are offered:
1. Situational business coaching for new challenges, conflict management and specific interests.
Situational business coaching is characterized by intensive support over a shorter period of time. This form of coaching can implement strategic resolutions when dealing with changes in the company, such as restructuring, mergers or personnel measures. Even in internal conflict situations within the team or with managers themselves, an external coach can develop and implement joint solutions. The company or managers are supported with creative options for action and perspectives in realizing specific interests and integrating new ideas and projects.
2. Advanced business coaching for individual and personal support of the manager or executive.
Advanced business coaching takes place regularly and over an extended period of time. The manager or executive is individually supported in all personal challenges within the company. This includes clarifying and strengthening their own leadership role, working on hidden potentials, establishing work-life balance, developing personal solutions, defining priorities, and exploring new options and actions. Increasing the perception and clearance of the manager regarding his role and the goals of the company, will result in better recognition of resources, enhance employee support and promotion, and in general will enable the manager to optimally represent the company. The well-being of the manager or executive has a direct impact on the success of the company.
