How does project and team coaching work?

Coaching projects and teams can take place online via selected media or alternatively through face-to-face meetings. This gives the coach and the client the opportunity to get to know each other and to discuss the client's goals and wishes. During this time, the coach will explain the possible strategies and methods to the client in detail, and together will collaborate on an optimal and constructive approach. The type and duration of the support depends on the respective projects and the team requirements. The coaching work takes place individually or in groups.
Projects
Projects are characterized by a time limit, and are also focused on given resources and specific goals. Additionally, they are often new and are subject to project-specific organizational forms. These special requirements present companies with new challenges that can be accompanied and mastered by an external coach. The coach supports the project in making optimal use of resources and by evaluating and achieving various objectives. The coach will also enhance the communication and communicative structures of all those involved, as these are the basis for effective project work.
Teams
Teams are an effective way of working on tasks within a company. In order for these to function optimally, it is important that common goals are defined and that there is a built trust within the team. From the start, roles and tasks must be clearly distributed and reflected on and updated repeatedly during the work processes. Open and efficient communication lays the foundation for a functioning team. The external coach supports the team in all of these processes and requirements and works together to find solutions to challenges that arise to ultimately enhance and optimize work efficiency.
