How does personal Coaching work?

Coaching sessions take place online and can be carried out by Skype, WhatsApp, Google, FaceTime or any other alternative option. Based on the individual preference, you will always have the option to communicate via video or solely audio calls. Each session lasts 55 minutes and appointments are made in advance. The sessions can take place in English, German, or Portuguese.
The first consultation is free (30min), and will provide an opportunity for the coach and the coachee (client) to get to know each other. As well, during this session the strategy and approach is presented, and through open communication and collaboration it can be decided if this is an effective option for the person present.
There are two different types of personal coaching offered here:
1. Situational coaching for specific interests, concrete problems and decision-making.
This type of coaching takes place in a short period of time and is designed to recognize specific interests as quickly as possible, to find a solution to the existing problem, or to make a decision. Situational coaching is about a certain aspect of life that needs to be achieved or resolved quickly, or a decision that you want to make. In most cases, this coaching needs 1-3 sessions in which you are supported to become aware of your possibilities and to manage yourself and your wishes in order to then work purposefully on the situation or to arrive at a decision.
The process is solution-oriented for specific interests, an occurring problem or decision making strategies.
2. Continued coaching for personal development and wellbeing in all areas.
This type of coaching takes place regularly and over a longer period of time, in most cases at a fixed appointment, once a week. The duration of the coaching is the decision of the coachee. Continued coaching is about permanently developing your personality and increasing your own well-being. All areas of life and topics that the coachee would like to improve or change are addressed. This includes topics related to family, friends, job, relationships, emotions, patterns, blockages, fears, goals, and desires.
In this process, the focus is on personal development and well-being, which has a positive effect on all areas of life.
